To make it easy for you as a customer to check that Skyra is used in line with the privacy policy, you can use the following checklist. Further description can be found in the links below.
Data processing agreement As a customer, you must have entered into a data processing agreement with Skyra. You can double-check that it is in place and available to you. If you do not have the data processing agreement, you can download and sign our standard agreement.

How to update the privacy policy on your website
Cookies The overview of cookies on your website must include a description of Skyra.
CookiesAccess level Check that the list of registered users in your Skyra account is correct and only those who should have access have it. PS: Skyra's employees also have access to customers' accounts to provide necessary assistance, but the customer can change this themselves. You can find the list of users under Settings & Members.
Cookie banner Check that Skyra is installed on your website so that the script is only loaded after the user has accepted cookies.
Recruitment for user testing
Surveys:
Check that the registration form is correct. This means that the setting for consent mode is turned on so that consent and the link to the privacy policy are displayed. Make sure that the link to the privacy policy either refers to Skyra's standard description or your own description of privacy in recruitment.
Contact list:
Delete contacts after 12 months from the list in Recruitment. You can set when to get a reminder about deletion in Settings. The default choice is 365 days.
Delete free text answers with person info
Check if person info has been submitted as part of free text answers in your surveys. The personal info should be masked or the black thread deleted. Go to Responses and search for typical words that represent personal info (numbers, @, mvh, greeting, etc.) Delete the response or mask the text.
