After Skyra's JavaScript has been added to your website, you can easily manage surveys directly from Skyra - for example, start, stop and control where they appear on your website. Skyra integrates seamlessly with most publishing systems and meets privacy and security requirements.
As a customer, you have only one script for your organization that is common to all surveys.
Installation is done only once. Thereafter, the display of surveys will be controlled via settings selected for each survey in the Skyra platform. If multiple surveys are published on the website at the same time, Skyra's algorithm will choose which survey to display. This ensures that only one survey is shown at a time to the same user.
What you need to do
Log in to Skyra and get your javascript
Install the script, with e.g. Tag Manager
Update the privacy policy on your website
Get your Skyra script
Each organization in Skyra has a unique javascript that must be installed on the website. This is necessary for surveys to be displayed.
To find your script you need to log in and copy out your script. Both options described here lead to exactly the same script.
Option 1: Settings.
Go to Settings in the menu to the left

Option 2: Survey
Go to Surveys
Select one of the surveys in the list or create a new one.

Use "Copy code" when retrieving the script to avoid possible errors with the formatting of text and characters.
Does the website use Content Security Policy?
If your website has a Content Security Policy (CSP), Skyra must be registered as approved before the installation works.
Update your privacy policy
