Scorecard

This article explains scorecards and how they show results from a survey

Updated over 5 months ago

Scorecards provide a simple and focused overview of the result of a question asked in a survey.

The visualization in a scorecard is adapted to the type of question card used in the survey. In order to understand the scorecards, it is useful to get to know what types of question cards exist and what they are used for, so we also have a brief overview of this.

Perfect for PowerPoint and presentations
The scorecards are perfect for meetings and team discussions. They're designed to be copied straight into a PowerPoint for easy reporting.

Question cards

A survey can be made up of several types of question cards.

  • Message

  • Completion

  • Top Task

  • Segment

  • Multiselect

  • Input

  • Likert

  • Recruitment

Each question card has different characteristics, such as

  • Appearance and available fields to answer

  • Which reports the answers are sent to in Skyra

  • How the results are visualized

You always choose a type of question card when you add a new question to a survey.

Scorecard

Here we show some examples of what scorecards look like for each type of question card.

Segment

If you have used Segment as a question card, the result card will look like this

The visualization uses bars to show the distribution, how many people belong to each group.

Completion

If you have used Completion as a question card, the result card will look like this

The visualization shows solution rate, which is the percentage of respondents that solved their task.

To show whether the result is good, average or bad, colors and a traffic light system are used.

0-50%: Low degree of solubility

50-80% Medium solubility

80-100% High solubility

Likert

If you have used Likert as a question card, the result card will look like this

The scorecard visualizes what the average is and where it lies on the scale. The average score moves up/down based on how high the number is.
