Copy button

You can easily copy a table into Excel by using the Copy button. You can find Copy in several places, such as Top Tasks, Recruitment and Segment.

Which data is included when copying to spreadsheets depends on which overview is being copied.

Copy button for Top Tasks

The copy includes these columns:

  1. Task name: The name of the task

  2. Parent task: The parent task that this task is part of (if applicable).

  3. Description: A description of the task as specified when it was created.

  4. Demand: The percentage who responded they came for the task.

  5. Completion rate: The percentage of users who have completed the task.

  6. Responses: Number of users who have responded they came for the task (demand)

  7. Completed: Number of users who have completed the task.

  8. Failed: Number of users who failed to complete the task.

Copy button for Segments

The copy includes these columns:

  1. Segment Name

  2. Demand

  3. Completion rate

  4. Responses

  5. Completed

  6. Failed

A copy of this table in Excel will look like this. The copy includes a few more columns than what is shown in the table.

The contact list when recruiting for user testing includes these columns:

  1. Date

  2. Your name

  3. Email address

  4. Label

  5. Task

  6. Segment

  7. Completion

  8. Survey
