In a top task survey, the user chooses which task they came for and gives feedback on this. If they chose the wrong task, you can move the answers to the correct task.
In order to collect answers about top tasks (Task), the survey must contain the question card task card
When analyzing results, it is common to clean up "Other" so we use this example as an illustration.
Clean up in "Other"
Many answers often end up in the "Other" category. Clean up Other by moving them to relevant tasks. Then statistics about top tasks (demand) will be updated and you can read the feedback in the context of the right task.
Here are some tips for handling Other:
Move to existing tasks (Task): If an answer clearly belongs in an already defined category, it can be moved to the correct task.
Create new task: If you see a lot of similar answers in "Other" that don't fit into existing categories, consider creating a new Task. Then move the answers into this one.
How to switch Top tasks
In this example, we see that someone has selected "Other" and the comment indicates that "Get demo" is the correct task. We move it there.
Select multiple rows to move multiple answers at once. For example, use search to find multiple answers that match and should be moved to the same task.
