Microsurveys on the website
Microsurveys can be placed on the website to collect responses and data on users' top tasks. Here are some of the features:
Question cards: Customized question cards for each type of question, creating gains in terms of better reporting. Card types create structure in the data and provide dashboards with reports in line with methodology and key figures for top tasks.
Level 1 and 2: Ability to set up a hierarchy of level 1 and level 2 tasks, where level 2 allows the user to concretize the task.
Logic: Ability to display follow-up questions based on previous survey responses.
Settings to control how and where the survey is displayed.
Prevent display to the same user again within a specified time period.
Display to x percent of visitors.
Choose which corner the survey is displayed
Set delay by a few seconds to increase response rate
Custom location and display:
Select corner for the survey.
Pop-up can be minimized and follow the user through the visit, including on logged-in pages.
Add a time delay
Appearance: Customize appearance to your colors with CSS.
Privacy: Block specific personal data before submission to the dashboard.
Support for multiple concurrent surveys: Handle multiple surveys on the website at the same time.
Edit without data loss: Remove tasks from the survey without losing data already collected.
Pause a question: Add a question for a period of time only and remove it afterwards. E.g. a seasonal question.
Ongoing adjustments: Possibility to remove/delete tasks in the survey itself, but keep reporting in the dashboard.
Reporting and dashboard
Skyra's dashboard provides a detailed overview of collected data and generates graphical representations automatically. Here are some of the reporting features:
Top task list: A comprehensive overview of top tasks with statistics on demand and resolution rates. Can be sorted by level 1 and level 2 tasks. More about Task List

Target group overview: Aggregated statistics of target groups with demand and resolution rate per target group. More about segments
Detailed filter options: Analyze data based on specific audiences, time periods, devices and more. More about filters
Advanced settings:
Associate custom ID to responses for advanced filtering.
Filter responses from specific users, like in A/B tests.
Data export: Export all survey data to CSV format for further analysis in Excel or other tools. More about export
