Responses can be placed in a category by using Labels. Labels are most commonly used to categorize responses from surveys, but you can find labels in several places in Skyra.

Create new label
New labels need to be created in order to categorize responses with them. Here are two practical ways to create a new label:
Select a row > Tag > Create new label.
Press Label in the column > Create new label
Fill in the form
Name (optional)
Description (optional)
Color (optional)
Colors can, for example, be used to indicate the type of category it is used for. E.g. user task (blue), problem description (red), irrelevant answers (orange).
In addition, you can see an overview, edit and change existing labels in Settings > Labels
Labels work across multiple surveys
All labels created will be available across all surveys. If you are analyzing a new survey, labels from previous surveys will appear in the list you select the label from.
Use Label as a filter
Tap on a Label in the overview to see all responses with it. In addition, you can select multiple labels at the same time using the drop-down menu that appears at the top.
In this example, two labels are used to see with the user task transport and feedback about a problem.
Change labels
To change a label and give it a new name or color, go to Settings > Labels >Edit
